MOVING VIOLATION REPRESENTATION
Motor Club will pay for representation by a Provider Attorney for moving violations in a personal passenger vehicle in the court of original jurisdiction. (Some restrictions apply, such as coverage for moving violations received while operating a vehicle without a valid drivers license, DUI's, DWI's, or serious violations including but not limited to Vehicular Manslaughter or Vehicular Homocide. ACCIDENTAL DEATH COVERAGE
As a member, you are enrolled, free of charge, in our Group Auto Related Accidential Death and Dismemberment coverage, which covers you anywhere in the world while a driver or passanger riding in or on , boarding or getting off, any four wheeled private passenger automobile. This does not include taxicab, bus or other public vehicle, go-carts, or a pickup or panel truck with a load capacity of 1 ton or more.

Coverage is as follows:
 You are covered for a Principal Sum of $2,500.
 You are covered for $3,500 after you Membership has been in force continuously for more than 12 months.
 You are covered for $5,000 after you Membership has been in force continuously for more than 24 months.

$750 TRIP ACCIDENT INTERRUPTION
If member's vehicle is disabled as a result of an accident (not Mechanical failure), 100 miles or more from home, we will reimburse for one of the following:

 Transportation to destination or back home by rental car or commercial
transportation.

AMBULANCE SERVICE*
